Mike Vermeer

Managing director

Mike is the managing director and founder of Reshape & Design. As managing director, Mike mainly focuses on the control of ongoing processes and projects, the financial security of the company and the search for further attractive projects on the German and Luxembourgish market. Mike is also the founder of IMMO Capital Group S.à r.l. and Property Invest Deutschland GmbH, which are powerful partners of Reshape & Design in the areas of investment opportunities and development projects as well as real estate marketing. Prior to founding the various companies, Mike worked at the Blackstone Group in New York, where he specialized in debt strategies in the real estate sector. Furthermore, he gained a lot of experience and expertise in the real estate industry while working in Luxembourg and Germany over the last years. Previously, Mike graduated Cum Laude from Columbia University in New York (USA) with a degree in Finance.

Gerrit Brück

Management

Gerrit is part of the general management at Reshape & Design. He is responsible for the project management of ongoing projects and the financial side of the business as well as the sales and distribution of products. His responsibilities are mainly focused on the construction side of the business, coordinating and overseeing projects from initial site survey through to successful completion. Furthermore, Gerrit is our contact person for all questions regarding seamless cement coatings, which he coordinates together with our partners from Italy. Before joining the company in 2022, Gerrit worked for eight years at Ernst & Young Luxembourg in the audit department. Gerrit Brück holds a Bachelor in Management and Economics from Sorbonne University Paris (France), a Master in Management and Finance from EBS Business School Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) and a Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Paris Dauphine (France).

Lara Picht

Management

Lara is a member of the Reshape & Design general management. She is responsible for the management of internal processes, the supervision of administrative procedures, the coordination of employees as well as personnel management and the internal control of ongoing projects. Furthermore, she plays a key role in the communication with suppliers and the marketing of the company's products and projects in Luxembourg and Germany. Before joining Reshape & Design in 2022, Lara worked as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young Luxembourg, where she specialized in auditing commercial companies in the German and Luxembourg markets. Lara completed her Bachelor's degree with Summa Cum Laude in International Business at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma (USA) before receiving her Master's degree in Organizational Project Management from Bournemouth University in England with distinction.

Arben Terbunja

M.A. Architecture

Arben is a project and construction planner with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Magna Cum Laude and a Master's degree, which he also completed with outstanding achievements. His academic background strengthens his skills and passion for architecture. Already during his studies in Trier, Arben started to gain practical experience in the field of planning and refurbishment of buildings and structures. He has been part of the Reshape & Design team since April 2023 and specializes in various aspects of construction planning. These include consulting, design and technical solutions as well as support with approval procedures and construction projects. A logical and creative solution that combines aesthetics and sustainability is his main focus. From conception and visualization to implementation, he manages projects holistically and focuses on innovative and sustainable planning concepts. His aim is to implement architectural visions efficiently and professionally.

Qutaeba Abo Kharoub

Trainee office clerk

Qutaeba started at our company in August 2020 as part of a dual school internship, and he was hired as an apprentice in office management with a focus on commercial management and controlling in August 2021 due to his very motivated work attitude. His areas of responsibility include the technical processing of incoming invoices, accounting as well as a variation of important activities in the area of administration and project management. The prospects are very good that Qutaeba will successfully complete his training in summer 2024 and will continue to support our team with his exemplary commitment and good work in the areas of accounting, project management and controlling.
